ISO Program
The ISO quality system implemented within Shellex clearly defines the consistency of deliverables by overseeing every aspect of our mandates. In fact, our quality system governs the entire production process of deliverables.
The company’s quality system guarantees that every deliverable is reviewed by the project manager to prevent the release of contradictory or incorrect information.
Before issuing any plans or reports, a review committee is formed to examine the documents produced. This process allows the firm to achieve and maintain a very high level of quality.
Code of Ethics
Shellex Consulting Group has implemented a Code of Ethics and Conduct (hereinafter referred to as “the Code”) that applies to all employees, whether contractual, temporary, full-time, or part-time, as well as to directors, officers, and shareholders. This Code must be applied in all circumstances and without exception. Shellex Consulting Group’s suppliers and partners are also required to comply with the provisions of this Code when dealing with Shellex Consulting Group.
The Code does not replace any legal, regulatory, or professional requirements that may be in effect. Everyone is required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In situations where there is a conflict between relevant professional practice codes (such as the Engineers’ Code of Ethics) and this Code, the stricter standard will always take precedence.
Please note that the masculine form is used in the Code solely to simplify the text and is intended to include both women and men.
AMF Certificate
The AMP certificate is issued by the Autorité des marchés publics (Quebec’s Public Procurement Authority) and grants the right to contract or subcontract with a public body.
The authorization issued to Shellex is valid until November 29, 2025.
Law 25 and Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Officer for the private sector is Mr. Philippe Bourassa, shareholder and service director.
Office québécois de la langue française
The working language in our Quebec offices is French. The certificate of compliance issued by the Office québécois de la langue française confirms that Shellex meets Quebec’s language requirements.
This certificate is valid until October 29, 2027.
