Shellex was mandated by Bimbo (POM Bakery) to handle the expansion of an existing 3,600 sq. ft. area and the process layout for the cooling of their products. Shellex was chosen for its turnkey EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) construction management service. The firm managed four major stages of the project:
- Preliminary phase
- In-depth design phase
- Procurement phase
- Construction management phase
Drawing on our multidisciplinary expertise, we developed all project plans internally, covering structural, electrical, building mechanical, and civil engineering. Our construction management capabilities ensured these plans were successfully brought to life through the expansion of the existing plant. Shellex oversaw the full procurement process, managing the acquisition of all materials, equipment, and services, as well as the complete supervision and execution of the work.
