De Lotbinière Road – Construction Supervision

Shellex managed the supervision and coordination of construction on De Lotbinière Road, from Harwood Boulevard to Saint-Jean-Baptiste Avenue. The project aimed to revitalize the area by creating a mixed-use urban environment that enhances quality of life while respecting the surrounding environment. The Highway 20 bypass revitalization brought a comprehensive transformation to the boulevard.

To achieve this transformation, the boulevard was completely redesigned, including roadway geometry, on-street parking, protected sidewalks, bike paths, vegetated swales, landscaping, upgraded lighting, water and sewer infrastructure upgrades, and a new gravity sanitary sewer line.
